一、 帕尔玛干酪
帕尔玛干酪是意大利帕尔玛传承了几个世纪的经典奶酪，带有坚果和黄油香气的帕尔马干酪片能和葡萄酒融为一体，使其口感更有复杂性和深度。搭配帕尔玛干酪，意大利红葡萄酒是首选、一只陈年的基安帝红葡萄酒，结构饱满的陈年阿玛罗尼或是一只皮埃蒙特出产的巴罗洛都是不错的选择。
二、 切达奶酪
