Marskin Ryyppy, also known as The Marshal's shot, is a strong spirit named after the Marshal of Finland Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim. MASALA是一種義大利產的甜葡萄酒，用自然風干過的部分脫水的葡萄釀成。國內超市裡沒有見過專，以屬前有朋友買過，180一瓶，不知道現在哪裡有賣。我在家樂福見過一種法國的甜白葡萄酒，用它做過，味道也不，160一瓶。我個人覺得，不一定要用瑪莎拉，所有的甜葡萄酒應該都可以，用甜葡萄酒主要是為了味道濃郁，不同的酒可能還會產生不同的風味。 我這里說的甜葡萄酒是指，曬干脫水的甜葡萄酒，或黴菌脫水的貴腐葡萄酒，或者高緯度地區初冬採摘的冰酒。國內有些甜葡萄酒是普通葡萄不脫糖形成的，我覺得為了省錢，可以考慮，估計也就是味道淡一些，這種就酒20一瓶就能搞到，我還沒試過。
